We ship transmission parts, electronics, fluids, and selected complete transmission assemblies based on product availability, destination, carrier capability, and item size. Shipping options can vary for small components compared with complete transmissions.

Processing

Orders are reviewed for product availability and basic shipping requirements before dispatch. If a product requires additional fitment confirmation or special handling, we may contact you before shipment.

Large or high-value parts

Complete transmissions and high-value drivetrain components may require additional packaging, freight handling, or destination confirmation. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery to a workshop, business address, or remote area.

Customs, duties, and import requirements

Shipping damage

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product before installation or use. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
